*Beef References Ahead*
The name "beefsteak" is appropriate for these tomatoes as it emphasizes the mass and meatiness this variety that produces. Expect up to 1/2 lb-1 lb fruits. The taste is divine instead of "bovine". "Shank" the "flank" off of one these bad boys for your sandwich or just "chuck" it in your mouth. Plant a few seeds in fertile well draining soil and soon you will have a "live-stock" of goodness hanging from thick vines. Make sure you sow enough seed as friends and family will come in "herds" once they get the word. You could try eating them all but I wouldn't "brisket". Beef steak is a true heirloom created by Mother Nature, and that's "no bull."
Reportedly first grown by the Aztecs... guess they just found them "loin" a"round" on the "ground."
