Red radish microgreens have somewhat peppery taste just like radishes themselves. So if you want the flavor but not necessarily the crunch this is the way to go. 
 
Radish microgreens include high levels of vitamins A, B, C, E, and K and provide calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc as well. Like all micros, these are nutrient packed and offer more nutrition than the mature plants when compared pound for pound.
