Purple beauties emerge, as natural as art gets.
 
Scarlet can tolerate some frost, and it's pretty cold hardy
But cold at the start makes germination tardy
You can let them mature, as the seasons, they'll weather 
But I prefer the baby leaves, I just think they taste better
